Fishkill is named after Fishkill, New York, a small Hudson Valley village where the idea for a better Liquid Aminos was born.

It’s a nod to the town, and to the brand’s punk mindset: challenging the status quo of what a pantry staple sauce should be.

Fishkill launches in October 2026, but the idea started in 2020, the same year that sent a lot of us into our kitchens. It took a few years to get the recipe for the first product, the Soy Sauce Alternative, right.
